To qualify we ask that each applicant has: -Positive credit and positive rental history -No criminal background -A gross monthly income equal to 3x the amount of the monthly rent. There is a $40 application fee per adult and a $200 security deposit for qualified applicants. We allow one pet per apartment. The pet must be at least a year old and 35 lbs or less.
