You will be living with 3 male undergrad engineering students and sharing a bathroom with one of them. Rent: $562.50/month + $15 WiFi + utilities (~$50/month per person, based on usage). The house is fully furnished with a dining table, kitchen appliances, and utensils. It's a 2-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, a kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom on the ground floor, and a patio. Free parking is available in front of the house. The lease is from january to july 2026. The lease currently contains my name with 3 others, my name will be on the lease till the end of July. If you choose to sublease with me, you will have to pay a $40 application fee + $100 sublease fee, you and I will then sign a sublease clause that will be with the current lease. Each roommate paid a $500 security deposit for 1 year so since you will be staying for 6 months, you will pay me $250 which will be capital at the end of the lease term when the company gives us the damage estimate, any damage I did prior to you entering will come out of my money, assuming you did no damage, you will get your $250 back - any damage that you did cause.
