This has always been one of my favorite newer homes in Kirkwood and for this price my favorite! The 2 story great room is unbelievable and it boasts a wood burning fireplace and lots of natural lite.The kitchen has nice custom cabinets with crown moldings on the cabinets and wood floors in the kitchen and the a joining breakfast room. The main floor laundry is awesome and the attached 2 car garage is even better! Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite as coffered ceiling and a very nice master bath.The seller has maintained this home so well it still has that new home smell.Lets not dilly-dally waiting waiting for prices to go up.
