The extra roomy master bedroom has it's own full bath plus large walk in closet. With it's central heat and air, hardwood floors and convenient location less than a minute to the interstate, it's an ideal home all around! All utilities and lawn maintenance are the responsibility of the tenant. Trash and recycle pick up is included in rent. I know your pet is perfect (as is mine) but we are firm about the no pets policy due to previous experiences with damage. Also, I'm sorry, but we are not set up to take section 8 vouchers.
