The sofa pulls out into an additional queen bed and the chair pulls out into a twin sized bed. A single step to access the front door as well as a wide door opening can accommodate persons with limited mobility. If desired, an entry ramp can be provided. One of the bathrooms has a step-in shower. Both bedrooms and laundry room are on the main floor. No garage access. Well behaved pets are welcomed. Unfortunately, some breeds of dogs are unacceptable per the insurance company. Please reach out to the host prior to booking for a list of restricted breeds. No garage access. Certain dog breeds are not accepted. Utilities included (electricity, heat, water, internet). Minimum of 1 month, maximum 3 months lease terms. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Tenant responsible for snow removal; lawn care included.
