The house is available for short term rental. It can be rented on a 3 night minimum by the week or month. The cottage is furnished with everything you need. There is off- street parking in the rear of the home as well as ample on street parking for two large cars or a truck. A private courtyard is the perfect place for early morning breakfast and coffee or to enjoy at the end of the day. Lots of great places to walk, bike ride and walk the pets. Its is pet friendly with a deposit and approval of the pet by the owner. Lease terms are negotiable. It can be leased by the week, month or multiple months at a time. Pets must be approved and require a pet deposit.I have some reservations in place so please email me your particular needs.
