"Nonaggressive" & nondestructive only allowed with nonrefundable pet fee. $300/non-refundable pet deposit. Destruction of house will be taken from the deposit if pet damage.
Wifi is renters responsibility. Renter needs a washer/dryer/refrigerator. No smoking is allowed inside house including vaping. Absolutely "NO" marijuana or other drug usage allowed. Including medical cards. No DRUGS!! No loud noise/music/yelling allowed on property in respect of quiet neighbors. No parties allowed. Deposit will be kept only if destruction to property is done. One friendly dog is allowed. Backyard is small.
