Depending on what side of town you would like to be on We have plenty of resorts to suit your needs, in the country with a nice view, on the water, laundry facilities, in near restaurants, stores and Baylor University, pools, trails, gated for safety, let us know how we can help make your stay great experience This RV will be set up in a approved Resort of your choice in the central Texas area. Depending on RV Resort your monthly rate could change. The least amount being 1300, basic RV Resort, upgraded resort with things such as pool, sport courts, and laundry on site will be in the 15 to $1600 range. It is fully furnished but you are welcome to have your own things if you prefer. This is ideal for travel workers or someone needing temporary place to live as we can do month to month. We typically do not allow pets, no smoking or vaping is allowed, renter is responsible for paying for their own propane refills during rental unless agreed upon otherwise, please inquire if you have any questions, we are happy to help
