Home is 6 years old and very well maintained and clean. In a quiet mobile home park. There is a $35.00 non refundable application fee for each person 18 years and older living in the home. This covers the background check, employment verification, income verification and past rental history. Pets are allowed with a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 fee. Large, aggressive dogs are not allowed. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $35 application fee for every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Criminal Background Check, credit check, employment verification, income verification, past rental history will all be verified by phone. Providing false information will automatically disqualify your application. There will be NO REFUNDS OF THE APPLICATION FEE. No smoking allowed on the property. Pets are allowed with a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 pet fee. This will be used for cleaning and deodorizing the unit when you move out. Damage caused by your pets will be taken from the $1,100.00 Security Deposit. Large, aggressive breed dogs are not allowed on this property. Outside dogs must be kept in a dog run kennel or portable fence at Tenant expense. There is no fencing provided by the Landlord. Washer and dryer are provided at the start of the Lease, but will not be replaced or repaired if broken during the term of the Lease. Tenant responsible for changing a/c filters monthly at Tenant expense.
