You are in an extremely quiet neighborhood and a private cul-de-sac in the prestigious north east area of Pensacola. This is for the main home. The home itself is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. There are two large bedrooms. One room has a king size bed and a twin, and the other one has a queen. It is fully stocked with all of the amenities we believe you could want. The home is centrally located and close to the airport and all conveniences. The home has two other small suites that share the pool, laundry, and game room. The new outdoor gazebo is reserved for you! The pool area has many loungers and tables for your comfort and convenience. The pool is heated from March 1-May 1st and October 15-November 1st. It's not needed in the summer and too cold December-February. Please note: This property is only available to rent until March 1. The owner pays for all utilities including Internet, streaming cable and Wi-Fi. You need to do nothing but bring your clothes. We supplied all linens and towels. Additionally, we start you off with basic toiletries. There is a one-time $150.00 cleaning fee.
