Here are the catches: The rental unit is for the front only. The landlord and her son resides at the unit in the back sharing the back wall. The rental unit only have the front yard and no back yard. The landlord's family are currently living in the front but they said they will move all their stuffs to the back as soon as they get a tenant. Please message me for more info. This is a duplex. The front is for rent. There is a unit in the back sharing wall with the front where the landlord and her 47 years old son reside. Smoking is allowed. Small dogs and cats are allowed. Landlord will pay property tax and homeowner insurance and half of all utility bills (tenant is responsible for the other half) except for renter insurance which tenant will be responsible for (roughly $150 per year). The reason the price is $2000 per month is because the unit will need cleaning. Tenants will need a truck to dump some garbage and do some deep cleaning themselves. Landlord is very lazy not willing to do the work.
