Two bedrooms, one bath, WALK-IN master closet, fireplace, new vinal plank flooring, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pantry room, electric central heat and air, 2nd floor unit (no one walking above you), outside deck, one assigned parking spot and plenty of guest parking, pool, pets and dogs are allowed up to a 50 pounds if your dog is larger you can get a support animal license online, very easy and I can show you how it's done. These are the condo association rules not mine and these rules are very easy to get around. NO ONE SHOULD BE WITH OUT THERE BEST FREIND! Rent is $1400 with a $1400 deposit. Rent includes trash, sewage, water, and an awesome landlord. Lease is a two year contract, will not do one year lease. Must fill out application, credit report, criminal record report here on Zillow.
