I have my own in my master suite. - No overnight guests more than 2 nights in a row - No loud parties - No smoking in the house - No drugs are allowed - the room is not big enough for couples, those with kids. - will need a copy of your social security card, last paycheck stub, and driver's license for a background check. - 30-day notice before moving out. - please clean up after yourself or you will be charged when I have to hire a cleaning service. 6 or 12 month leases ALSO rent to own possible.
