The first bedroom looks out over the backyard. The bed is a super comfortable king size latex mattress. The second bedroom looks over the front yard. There is a bunk bed in it now, twin over full, but if that is not needed, it will have a full size bed. Both bedrooms have closets. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. We have high speed fiber optic internet for all your entertainment needs. We have efficient forced air gas heating, which heats up the house almost immediately on a cold day. The unfinished basement with a washer and dryer has plenty of storage space, and also a chest freezer. The basement also has a casual hang out space with a fold-out couch and a 50" flatscreen tv. The private, fully fenced back yard has a porch, a gas grill, raspberry bushes, and space to play or chill out and relax. We have a home security system for peace of mind. There is off street parking in the driveway that can fit 2+ cars.
