I'm looking for 2 roommates to join me to take on the lease of this newly renovated apartment. I'm a resident physician at a West Philly hospital and looking for 2 similarly career or graduate school oriented individuals looking for a nice, updated place in West Philly. The kitchen and bathrooms are currently getting new floors this week, so pictures of those are pending. The building itself is beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood and right on the bus 42 route. I'm probably not going to be around the space very much because my hours are hectic, but when I'm around, I like to cook and I'm happy to share if you're into vegetarian cooking! I'm a very chill person and have been living with roommates for many years now. I like to be friends with whomever I'm living. I'm excited about this place because it's beautiful, the landlords are great and the location is perfect - very close to Clark Park and all the public transportation you could ask for.
