**WEST LA APT SEEKING ROOMMATE** SEEKING: We are a man and a woman seeking a clean, respectful, laid back, and friendly roommate to move into the room available in our apartment. We are cool with guests but we are not seeking huge partiers. If you are CLEAN, mature, nice, fun, and don't mind chill roommates who are briefly around, come on through! The room will be available on June 1st. YOUR ROOM: Your room would be located on the 1st floor of our 3-floor apartment. The whole apartment is carpeted, including your room. You would have your own private bathroom as well (not carpeted). The closet is standard sized and laundry is on site. There are two entrances to the apartment, one on the 1st (where you and one other roommate would be) and another on the 2nd floor where the third roommate is. US: Our building is quiet. You would be sharing the apartment with 2 roommates (who also have their own room and bathrooms). As roommates, we are super chill and fun. However, we are usually very busy at work so it's a very calm environment. We are into keeping things clean. So, we alternate in keeping all the common areas tidy. Nothing over the top. If you are a clean person it's just common-sense stuff: Vacuuming, taking out the trash, etc. LOCATION: It's a great place that is between Culver City and Marina Del Rey! The apartment itself is a 15-20-minute bike ride (via the bike trail), or a 10-minute car ride to the beach! It's a 10-minute car ride to: Downtown Culver City, the Marina, I-405 freeway, the Westfield Culver City mall (AKA: Fox hills mall), and the Howard Hughes center. It's walking distance to the bank, and Vons grocery store, plus several bars and restaurants. OVERALL APARTMENT DETAILS: There is a refrigerator, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances. Our AC is in the living room for those hot days. Again, the structure of the apartment has 3 floors, which include a loft and roof access. Smoking is not allowed in the building nor inside the apartment. The carpets come as is, we do have a nice water vacuum and some rugs will be left behind too for your convenience. RENT & DEPOSIT INFO etc.: Utilities are split 3 ways and are usually $60-$100 per person at the most. The deposit is $900 and application fee is $30.00. The landlord will ask you for: 1.) 2 months bank statements all pages 2.) 2 months proof of current income 3.)A copy of Driver's license and Social security card PLEASE NOTE: The landlord will also do a credit check. Also, the deposit does not go to the landlord, it goes to the person whom you are replacing. Finally, the area rug is the only thing being left behind so if you want it it's all yours :) It is necessary that you have a reliable source of income ;-). Rent is $887 per month, on a month to month lease, although we are looking for someone willing to commit to at least a year. If you are interested please contact us !
