Seriously, check out Shores Marina Del Rey on their website (shoresmdr) and yelp them -- everyone loves the community. Tandem garage parking spot waiting for you, pools, hot tubs, gym open 24 hours, front desk for receiving packages, brand new apartments (the place opened last year, and I'm the second tenant in this apartment -- the previous one terminated their lease early after only a few months) with gorgeous counter tops and slick appliances. Washer/dryer in unit, YEAH FOREAL!Includes your own bathroom and walk in closet (No way! YES WAY, SON!) and we have a large balcony with a 200 degree view of the ocean from the top floor. Yeah, you can see the ocean; the sunsets are amazing. Seriously, I wasn't looking for a 2br, but after I saw this place, I just couldn't say no.I'm still in the process of acquiring furniture and things, so if you have stuff, GREAT! If not, no worries, I'm gonna get stuff.About me: - I'm easy-going, - clean - on the nerdy side. I'm a software engineer working for a bitcoin startup in Venice. I work about 12 hours a day, Mon - Fri, so you don't need to worry about getting tired of seeing me. =P - comfortable living with people of all genders and orientations - a big fan of dogs; I'm TOTALLY open to roommates with dogs -- no cats though, allergic :( - I have a girlfriend, but she lives in Boston. This is great for you, because 1) she won't be around much, 2) I won't be bringing ladies home all the time 3) if you're a girl, you don't have to worry about me creepin' on you. - 420-friendly and generally-friendlyAbout you: - You're easy-going, somewhere between clean-ish and super clean, and able to pay rent on time. - You're stoked about living in this awesome place for anywhere between 4 months and 3 years.- I'm fine with students, but I'd prefer a roommate whose age starts with a '2'. Exceptions can be made for stellar people.Get in touch, I actually like having a roommate -- it's nice to have someone to talk to when you get home, so roomie-compatibility is really the most important thing to me and I want to make sure we'll get along (I can even be a little flexible on rent for the right person).
