Note: property is not furnished Tenant pays for utilities - power, water, sewer, trash. On average, total is a few hundred dollars per month depending on AC/furnace usage, trash is somewhat minimal. Tenant is required to maintain the yard - mowing only takes about 10-15 minutes and landlord will provide the lawn mower. Property has a built-in sprinkler system that must be run for at least 20 minutes per week from late spring to late fall to keep the grass alive - landlord can help program the system and will manage turning it on and off for the season.
