I am looking to rent this home from September 2024- May 2025. Utilities not included aside from garbage service. I am open to pets. $2250 per month. I supply a mower that tenants mow the front and backyard with. I also pay for garage but not for utilities. Owner pays for garbage. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. No smoking house. Parking is in the driveway, in the garage or on the street. Tenant is to mow the front and back yard. Lawn mower to be provided. Lease is from a date in March of 2026 - March 2027
