Very convenient location for returning home between classes. 10-15 minute walk from popular bars on Limestone. 25-30 minute walk / 5 minute drive from downtown. Photos were not taken in this apartment, but were taken in the same building, so the layout is essentially just a mirror image of the one in the photos. Renter pays electric & gas utilities. Water and sewers taken care of by owner.
