There is also a storage room off of the balcony. Off-street parking. Initial ease term of 1 year then month to month. Requirements to rent: **NO DOGS** 1. Go see the apartment then complete an application and give the $20 application fee. Text me when you submit an application. 2. Have verifiable income of at least $1,800 per month from any verifiable source. 3. Have Good Rental history (No recent evictions or problems with other landlords but first-time renters can use co-signer) 4. No criminal problems which might adversely affect other tenants safety or property. 5. Quiet tenants only. (No parties, loud music, or late-night noise disturbing other tenants) 6. Two tenants maximum. (The place is only a one-bedroom and is not designed for more) 7. Pets: Cats only with extra deposit and pet rent **NO DOGS** 8. $1,050. to move in. This is $650. for your first month rent and 1st payment ($400.) of the $800 Security deposit. ($400 of the deposit due at move-in and then $100 per month for the remaining due on your security deposit over the first four months. 9. Credit check: I will check credit. It is not necessary to have really good credit; but you can't be behind on past rents, utility companies, cell phone bills, etc. *No prior evictions* **Note: Owner pays for water, sewer, trash. Tenant must pay for electricity and must put electricity into own name. No more than 2 persons may live / "stay" there. **NO DOGS**. Quiet tenants only. No Smoking of any substances on the property
