This 9 room hotel in Clyde, Kansas is Unique and Rare as they come. The beautiful historic building also features unique living quarters also that are currently being used as a beauty salon. The hotel has 9 guest rooms each with it's own private bathroom, designed by a professional interior designer. Everything upstairs (except the vacuum) in the hotel part will stay. Including all furniture, fixtures, linens, cleaning supplies, etc. If you are interested in the salon equipment we can work something out. If you do not want the salon equipment they can be all be remove as they are not a permanent fixture. The salon part was previously the living quarters and we purposely designed the salon so that it can easily be turned into living space again. The down stairs living quarters has 2 bedrooms including a master with with suite bathroom, another full bathroom, kitchen, den, laundry area, two car drive-through garage, and heated workshop. The basement is currently housing a personal gym; gym equipment is not included in the sale of the hotel. Historic Clyde KS is located about 15 miles East Concordia, KS which houses the nearest Walmart and multiple restaurants and entertainment options.
