This is a spacious condo with all electric appliances, new ceiling fans, new laminate flooring in living and bedroom. The unit was just painted a light grey color. We did leave a washer/dryer and a microwave in the unit, but will not replace if stops working. This is a 1st floor unit with a beautiful swimming on the premises. There is a CF public transportation stop in front of the condos. Owner pays for water/sewer/trash. Tenant pays for power/cable/etc.
