Beautiful Spacious Room We are looking for a female housemate as the other people living here are professional females. The room available is spacious and has a full-size bed, desk for studying, dresser, book shelf, etc. The room is private. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person and everyone living here is female. You will have use of the rest of the house including the fully stocked kitchen and newly remodeled living room. The house is located across the street from Children's Hospital and within walking distance to West Penn Hospital - so would be ideal for someone working at one of these hospitals. It is also 2 miles from CMU and 4 miles from the University of Pittsburgh. Lawrenceville is one of the nicest areas of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Common areas of the house are professionally cleaned every 2-3 weeks and the cost of this is already included in your rent. Washer/dryer are on site.
