There's a garden and shared outdoor space, and a locked gate at the front of the grouping of apartments. Close to transit (red line), some great bars and restaurants. I lived here without a car for months and was fine. Right by Silverlake and Los Feliz. All one floor, so no one below or above you. Separate full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a large room at the front with built in shelves and desk. Lots of daylight, A/C unit included (and big ceiling fans). I've really enjoyed my time here and am sad to leave. Renter is responsible for gas, electric.
