Hello! My Name is Diego! We will be having a room available starting the 1st of July. You will have access to utilities and Appliances like Laundry Machines, Our kitchen with the pots and pans, Backyard Patio, and a parking spot. Current people living here are Myself, My sister (28), A family friend, and our mother. We are pretty Quiet and keep to ourselves but are very welcoming and friendly! The room will be upstairs where it's pretty much quiet. Especially at night. We have 4 dogs. 1 Pretty Old Pitlab, and 3 very friendly English Bulldogs. We Keep Our home pretty clean, so we ask that you clean up after yourself as well and Clean your Bathroom every other week if possible. We will need a picture of your ID only for security reasons. No Smoking Unless it is outside. The Deposit Counts as same month's rent you will not have to pay twice. Clean your shared bathroom every other week. Clean up after yourself. Wash your own dishes. no trash on floor, etc. Don't be afraid to say hi :)
