Requirements: -Owners will pay for water, sewer, garbage, compost, recycling, and monthly HOA dues -Tenant will pay for electricity and cable (if applicable) -Good credit (must have a credit score of 700+ to qualify) -No smoking -No pets -Tenant must provide first month's rent, security deposit, and $250 non-refundable cleaning fee before move-in date -Tenant must be clean and responsible -Prompt payment of full rent amount due the first of every month
