The third room's rent is $950/mo and utilities estimated to be around $60-$75/mo per person. The room is available starting August 2, 2015. We will pro-rate your rent for the month of August depending on how fast we get the application & lease signed. We live in a 3 BR/3.25 bath apartment in the coveted Fremont neighborhood. It is a ~20 minute bike ride via the Burke-Gilman trail or a 20-25 minute bus ride to the University of Washington. The room for rent is about 85 sq. ft. and comes with a private bath (picture #1 and #2). Note: the room is unfurnished and pictures are only for display purposes only. The shared common spaces are furnished with a TV, dining room table, sectional couch, and bar stools. Sarah and I are graduate students in the University of Washington and we only ask for the potential roommate to clean up after themselves. We are quiet, studious students and we're looking for a like-minded roommate. Give us a shout out if you're interested!
