Sunroom equipped with table and 4 chairs. Utilities included: High Speed Wi-fi - Basic Cable - Electric, Water, A/C, Shared Driveway and washer/dryer. Home conveniently located near Southgate shopping center Publix, TJ Max, Burlington, Restaurant, Cafes and Bars. 3 miles from downtown main St. historic district w/dinning, boutiques w/unique clothing, home decor, specialty items and riverfront parks and trails. 7 miles Tarpon Springs Sponge docks, 9 mi. Fred Howard Beach, 18 mi. Honeymoon Island Beach, Dunedin and 40 min to Tampa For the comfort and privacy of all residents, no guests after 9pm and no Overnight guests. Option to request additional Room w/Queen Bed $55 daily based on availability. Common areas must be kept clean and free of personal items at all times. Dishes are to be washed immediately after each use so that everyone has access to clean dishes and counter space. Bathroom & shower must be left clean after each use. Shared spaces are respected so everyone can enjoy a tidy and comfortable home. This policy is non-negotiable. Month to Month arrangement and if its a good fit, we can transition to a 12-month lease.
