Smoking & Vaping Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. This prohibition includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and any other smokeless or vapor-producing devices. The Tenant is responsible for any cleaning, deodorizing, or damage-related costs resulting from smoking or vaping inside the home. Pets Pets are permitted at the property, subject to payment of the applicable pet deposit. The pet deposit must be paid before the pet is brought onto the property. The Tenant is responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, odors, or other costs caused by the pet. Any pet restrictions or additional requirements contained in the lease agreement also apply. Additional Property Responsibilities The Tenant is responsible for keeping the property and surrounding areas reasonably clean and free of excessive trash or debris.
