The terrace (facing the mews) includes a cool white kettle fireplace. The back has a view garden with a beautiful little Ironwood. The bathroom has been renovated with penny cork tile floor and 1x2 tile (both white), walk-in shower, new cabinets with solid surface countertop and integral sink, top-shelf stainless steel plumbing fixtures and accessories, and a dual-flush toilet. This unit is the anti-zoot, mostly white as a backdrop to art and furnishings. One year lease, $1,500/month, first and last month's rent, $300 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
