Outdoor resorts is a luxury vacation resort camp ground with deeded lots. Lot owners own their individual lot and a portion of the common areas. The park is maintained by the Home owners association. Fees include water, sewer, cable, internet and garbage pickup. Electric is provided by Sevier county Electric and is billed directly to the lot owner. Bottle gas is available on sight if needed for an additional charge.
