All DAMAGES WILL BE PAID BY RENTERS EXCEPT FOR NORMAL WARE. Yard must be kept up. Must make twice the income of the rent EACH MONTH. Must have proof of Income. Must have Social Security Number and Driver licence number. Rent must be paid on the first day of each and every month of this lease. Renter will be charged addition amount of $10.00 per day for any rent that is great received of 5 days after the due date and any mandatory due date. On the execution of this lease, the renter will pay $ 2000.00 security deposit to the Landlord will hold Deposit. The Landlord will return deposit at the end of tenancy less such deduction if any damages due to Renters that were made, except to reasonable wear and tear.
