As close to downtown Houston as you can be and still have a lawn, Woodland Heights is much more than I hoped. This diverse, enthusiastic community hosts the block-party-of-the-year every year with Lights-In-The-Heights in early December and has historic, artistic, family and professional appeal. The homes are so different from each other and have such unique historic and architectural detail that walking around the community never gets dull.
