Noise should be kept to a minimum past 11 PM. A late check-out fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 11:00 am if not authorized. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated, it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave the premises.
