We need pay stubs from anyone who is applying and a drivers license. We require you make 3 times the amount of rent combined, have 6 months of continuous income from the same source, 6 months of rental history and a good credit report. We would need ALL of these items in order for you to apply. Applications are available at the viewing on Saturday Sept 25 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Alternatively, you can have it sent to your email and send it back or turn it in at the viewing. Please follow the steps below to apply to rent one of our properties.
