I'm subleasing my fantastic 1 bedroom loft apartment. I'm moving out only because I bought a house a block away. Here's why you'll want to act fast on subleasing this: This apartment is located in the heart of The Grove, right on Manchester. Walking out the front door to the left will be Gramophone, Sauce on the Side and Grace Meat. To right will be Sultan, Rise Coffee and Gezellig. Your commute to work is a breeze. You're located in the metropolitan center and 30 seconds away from Highway 64, while only a minute from Highway 44. The apartment is all-inclusive. That means you can have the heat up as high as you want it in the winter, and the a/c as low as you want it in the summer. You pay one flat rate and get gas, electric, water, sewer, internet (and fast!), cable, parking and access to the gym in the back of the building at the same price every month. Have that payment set to auto-pay and you don't have to worry about paying a handful of bills. The unit is on the second floor. Every appliance and finishing is modern. Wood floors. Ceilings are 12ft high. The bathroom is gorgeous and the bedroom is large. One of the neatest features about the place is that it has sliding pocket doors. They're the coolest. Your parking is right next to the building. You can have a dog, or a cat. In unit washer/dryer. Lots of light. I mean, LOTS of light. Five windows in the living/kitchen space and one in the bedroom. You'll be leasing through FrontDoor. They're the kindest group of people and prompt to help and make any repairs. You'll live right above them, too - super convenient for when your packages arrive. Unit is $1,125/m. Again, all-inclusive. I'm wanting to sublease starting on/before February 1, 2020 and runs through July 31, 2021. The last several images are of my unit. Lease runs through July 31, 2021. All-inclusive (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, parking, gym)
