Outdoor furniture is not included. - The top floor has new laminate flooring, the middle floor is bamboo, and the bottom is a mix of bamboo and carpet. - Nice open space with a kitchen island, pantry, dining and living area. - Cozy patio in our front yard with Tulips, Rhododendrons, Snow Drops, Rudbeckia, Sarococca, Peonies and other plants that will be blooming this Spring . A featured Emmett's Pumpkin Japanese Maple and White Flowers Dogwood trees will keep the yard looking nice from Spring to Fall. - The Townhouse is nicely tucked away in a separated community with a shared driveway and - Security cameras for the front yard and garage entrance with home security systems. Motion detectors downstairs along with door and window sensors with all of these devices easily managed through the Ring app. - We are currently living here so the photos include our personal items, we will remove them before the move in date.
