This home is right off the 215 and I 80, great access to Park City, Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon not to mention the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake City. I just bought this home because of everything above as I am an outdoor enthusiast but I cannot get out of my own lease until May 1, 2017, So, I need to rent this house until than. It is a wonderful, older home that was remodeled 20 years ago. Hence, I won't be charging more than what is fair as you won't be getting top of the line granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! I can tell you, as to the reason I bought it, it is move in ready and with it's well built construction, it should be exceptionally efficient. The house has two levels. 2 bedrooms on each, a bathroom on each, a great room on each. Dogs are also welcome as long as they are not left outside to bark:). Oh, and house trained! No cats, I'm so sorry, they just ruin things unfortunately with spraying. Please, don't call me if you do drugs and party disrupting neighbors as I will have to live there some day If you feel you want to share with another person (s), please just let me know so I can meet them and make sure I am comfortable with them as well. Whom ever is initially renting will be responsible for collecting from the others so to speak. :) I will pay for trash, sewer, water, lawn maintenance. Tenant responsible for electric, gas, internet, cable. I will keep the electric and gas in my name therefore you won't have to put down deposits for such or have your credit run. Deposit is FULLY refundable, not just partial.
