There is an open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Guest access You have your own private entrance into the two-unit building. There is a shared back stairwell exit through the back bedroom, then out to the shared backyard, patio, and garage. The garage offers one reserved space per unit. This is a vacation rental. We are looking for a lease for 1-3 months beginning in January. There is 1 space in the detached garage at the back of the home.
