Background checks will be conducted since the home is located within 200 yards of a park and HOA requires it. We only ask that you are CLEAN, courteous, drugs free, drama free, no shoes inside the house, no smoking within 100 feet of the home, and just remember to take out the trash bins every Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup.
