We have been here for four years and LOVE this apartment but we are moving out of state. ~Elevated first floor with windows facing tree lined streets ~Huge bedroom fits king size bed and two dressers easily; also has an oversized almost walk-in closet ~Huge living room with a full wall of windows; we comfortably fit a tv area with a couch and recliner; a large desk; and a reading area with bookshelf and chair in the space ~Dining room has built in storage with big windows ~Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, brand new faucet, plenty of storage, huge window and usable counter space ~Bathroom is recently refreshed with original vintage tiling on walls and floor, an original floor to ceiling built in storage cabinet and a medicine cabinet ~A ton of storage: Huge walk in closet right by the entry door for coats, shoes, etc.; hall linen closet by the bathroom; plus a storage unit in the locked basement of the building. You can also store your bike in the basement as well so no lugging it upstairs or storing out in the elements ~Brand new double pane windows in all rooms except the bathroom (management said those we coming in the next year or so).
