Anybody looking for a good rental outside of the city limits? This is a project, but a lot of the work has been done, just need someone to finish the work then enjoy the rental cash flow. Should rent out for $1050/month or so once remodel is complete. New furnace, new A/C., a good portion of the sheetrock has been completed. Taxes are VERY cheap, don't have to deal with city of Des Moines rental certification, Saydel schools. Being Sold AS IS.
