Brookside Apartments are located between 42nd St S and 45th St S just North of 13th Ave. You will have washer/dryer hookups, a balcony and a single stall garage. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage, lawn care and snow removal. Resident is responsible for electricity, heat and hot water (all on electric bill) and cable/internet. Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history. For credit we look for a credit score of at least 600. This building does have relaxed credit criteria. If you are not approved under our credit standards, as long as you do not owe any landlord or utility debt and pass our criminal and rental checks we are able to approve you with a deposit of $625. Cat friendly with a refundable pet deposit, there is no monthly pet rent.
