What I love about the homeThe house is very well built and is conveniently located to all types of shopping and easy access to major highways, while being tucked away in a quiet, tranquil development of approx. 60 homes. The landscaping is mature enough to provide privacy in the back yard/pool area between side neighbors, yet open enough to enjoy a park like view toward the back of the property. The floor-plan is very comfortable and efficient and the bedrooms are a generous size. Each room has its own generous amount of storage, but a great feature is a basement area under the wraparound front and side porch, which we like to call the bunker. It is lined with shelving and is a great place to store all those items not used on a daily basis, but still need to be easily accessible. Another feature I love is the walk up attic. We have added hanging rods for out of season clothes, so switching seasons is no longer a dreaded task. We really hate to leave this lovely home, but hope that a family can move in and enjoy growing up here, since it is a great place to live!! 10/07/14
