Near multiple bus routes and the Brooklyn street light rail station. Walking distance from Trader Joe's and Safeway. Not far from the lively "Ave" where you will find a variety of boutique shopping, thrifting, and numerous restaurants boasting a variety of cuisines to suit everyone. Street parking only (for now) we can add you to the waiting list. Parking is $125 per month.
