Is a small efficiency house with a sleeping loft. It is a perfect landing pad for a working single or couple. Great Mountain View's! 5 min to Ault or Pierce. 23 min to FoCo, 20 min to Greeley. we have a communal fire pit that you are welcome to use. A dog is welcome as long as they are friendly to both people and animals. Walk the paths around the property or enjoy a stroll down the canal road. NOT 420 friendly.
