Built in 1905, we are renting the entire property except the third floor which is for storage. However, we would consider also renting the entire house, including the fully furnished and heated third floor for $3,350 /month (third floor is carpeted with 3 beds and full bath). If this is confusing, ask me but to be clear, only one party will rent the house. We will not rent the bottoms two floors to one party and the third floor to a different party. The reason for the short term is that we occupy the house in the fall. This is a short term lease that must end by July 15, 2023. Tenant to pay all utilities. The house is fully furnished.
