I'll start with the negatives. There is no laundry in the building. But Laundromania is one block away. There is no smoking allowed as the HVAC is shared with another apartment. The kitchen is small, but it was just remodeled in 2022. There is one small bathroom, but it was also remodeled in 2022. As to the positives, they are numerous. You aren't renting from a property management company I try to address issues with the property in a timely manner. This spacious apartment is not a cookie cutter unit in a12-plex. It is in an awesome neighborhood and close to campus, John's Grocery, and many restaurants. Rent includes heat, water, and Mediacom Internet. Landlord takes care of lawn and snow removal.
