Nothing has been done in the interior for the 13+ years I've lived here besides a wood stove installed. Carpet is destroyed, stains everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom flooring is peeling and f'd up. All appliances are old and outdated. Walls need painted. Children have destroyed their rooms. The yard isn't well cared for. Driveway concrete is crumbling and falling apart.
